We ride as one. Our dim lit, beat based cycling classes are a low impact, high intensity workout that will make you sweat! Increase anaerobic endurance and cardio health while biking to the beat of specially curated playlists from all genres. Suitable for every body. Classes are 50 minutes. Our bikes are compatible. with SPD cleats, or bring indoor runners

 

SoarCycle+Strength

Strength training, cardio, and core in one. 30 minutes of cardio on the bike’s downstairs. 20 minutes of targeted strength movements upstairs. This class is designed to strengthen and tone from head to toe. Easily modified for all levels of fitness, indoor running shoes recommended.
