DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP ONLINE?

RESERVATION & WAITLIST
Class reservations can be made one week in advance & a valid membership or class package must be purchased in order to do so.
If a class is full, we recommend that you add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available in advance of the start time, you will receive an email & text message informing you of your addition to the class. Once you have received this notification, please confirm that you will be able to attend class, or if you would like to give your spot away.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel your reservation for a class, the reservation must be cancelled a minimum of 4 hours before class begins.
All cancellations must be made through your online account, and cannot be made over the phone or through email. Your class will be returned as a class credit onto your online account and will remain there for you to use towards your next reservation.
If you do not cancel your class at least 4 hours prior to its start time, you will be charged as though you attended and a class will be deducted from your account if you have a package.
Please take this cancellation policy into consideration when booking your weekly classes.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS?
DO I NEED SPECIAL SPIN SHOES? DOES SOAR PROVIDE SPIN SHOES?
No & No. We encourage riders to wear cycling shoes if you have them, however, you are welcome to ride in your favourite runners (our pedals are fitted with an SPD cleat).
