An exceptional one-hour regime of exercises blending cardio, intervals, strength, flexibility and movement precision training using the ballet barre all to great beats! This total body conditioning technique is ballet redefined to create an intense workout, guaranteed to transform & sculpt your entire body in a motivating environment.

We recommend wearing yoga athletic wear & grip sox… if you have your own bring them otherwise we have them for sale in the studio boutique. You are going to get your glow on so come hydrated & bring water for throughout the class! Suitable for all levels graceful or not!!! See you at the Barre!
