SoarFit

Improve strength, agility and flexibility using exercises that translate to the everyday movements and activities you love. This instructor led class incorporates dumb bells, bodyweight, bands, balls, boxes, to introduce participants to what SOAR strength classes have to offer. This class is for all levels, including beginners. Participants will gain confidence in their ability and goal setting.

Soar Sculpt

A lengthening combination of strength training, low impact cardio, and mindful stretching techniques. Instructors trained in Pilates lead you in dynamic and isometric movements with a focus on breath work and body awareness. These challenging classes target deep in the core while lengthening muscles from head to toe.

SoarCircuit

A strengthening circuit of movements designed to target different muscle groups. Periods of recovery and separate exercise stations, allow our guests to modify and customize this workout to reach any assortment of fitness goals. Suitable for all levels, indoor shoes recommended.

Pilates

Ground yourself with an intense combination of strength training and mindful stretching techniques. Essentrics

Essentrics is a blend of of ballet strengthening, tai chi fluidity and physiotherapy techniques. A class for full body stretching and strengthening designed to decompress joints and rebalance muscles while lengthening them. Essentrics is amazing in preventing injuries so you can continue to play, pain free! 60 minutes.

Signature Barre

A 60-minute fitness based class inspired by elements of dance, pilates, and yoga. Move to the music with low impact, high intensity movements specifically designed to create lean muscle definition and improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels. Bare feet or Toesox recommended.

SOARHIIT

Increase your endurance with bursts of explosive exercise combined with short periods of active recovery. A mix of aerobic, strength and resistance training based on time, not reps. Modifications for all levels.
