We want you to be able stretch your limbs & limits so wear comfortable attire.

Layers are loved.

Bring one for warm-up & cool down.

Bring a full bottle of H2O…

But not a full belly!

Last but not least…

No one else is inside your body so listen to what it tells you. Trust your judgement & respect your body’s limits.
